Our 5.5" border varsity letter is one of the most popular letter sizes, at it is the perfect size for decorating varsity jackets. The 5.5" border varsity letter, in any of our standard letter fonts, is also a great size for showcasing in our award frames, adding to custom chenille plaques, or decorating varsity sweaters.

Our border style varsity letters feature two different chenille colors—one as the main letter fill color and one as a chenille outline. Border varsity letters come in sizes ranging from 1.5" to 20", and are available in eight different fonts.
