Our 4.5" border varsity letters are just slightly smaller than the average varsity letter size (6") and would make a great school award for freshmen, JV athletes or middle school students.

Our border style varsity letters feature two different chenille colors—one as the main letter fill color and one as a chenille outline.

The 4.5" border letters are a great size for adding additional decoration to the sleeves of a varsity jacket or the pockets of a custom school sweater. Border varsity letters come in sizes ranging from 1.5" to 20", and are available in eight different fonts.
